The owners of this beautiful bungalow, located near Toronto’s Scarborough Bluffs, wanted a one bedroom guest suite installed above their garage.

We started by creating a separate entrance with a common sunroom. The bedroom was also built to allow for natural light.

The project was completed with the installation of a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
